As a new employee, can I take PTO right away?

We ask all new team members to hold off on taking time off for the first 60 days while you're getting settled in and onboarding. After that, unlimited PTO applies.

Do unused days carry over to the next year?

No — since the policy is unlimited, there are no accrued days to carry over.

What if I'm an independent contractor?

Contractors should notify their supervisor as early as possible regarding any planned absence. Contractor time off is handled on a case-by-case basis per your agreement.

• Submit all time-off requests via Signal to your direct supervisor
• Give as much advance notice as possible — the more notice, the better
• All requests are subject to manager approval based on business needs
• There may be times when PTO is denied or rescheduled — we'll always communicate this clearly
