Becoming a parent is one of life's biggest milestones. Phenom Elite is proud to support new fathers with paid time off to bond with their child and be present for their family — without worrying about their job or income.

✅ Eligibility

You are eligible for paternity leave if you:

• Have been with Phenom Elite for at least 3 months as a W2 employee
• Are a biological father, adoptive father, or non-birthing parent welcoming a new child </aside>

📅 Leave Structure

Weeks 1–2: Full Pay

Your first two weeks of paternity leave are fully paid at your regular salary.

Week 3: Half Pay

Your third week is paid at 50% of your regular salary.

</aside>

Total: 3 weeks of protected, compensated leave.

📣 Giving Notice

<aside> ⚠️

Please give at least 4 months' notice before your expected leave date. Notify both your supervisor and HR as early as possible so we can plan coverage and make the transition smooth.

🔒 Job Security

Your position, compensation, and benefits are fully protected during your leave. You will return to the same role with the same pay.
