At Phenom Elite, we believe in supporting our team through all of life’s important milestones, especially when it comes to becoming a parent or growing your family. We’re committed to helping new fathers take the time they need to bond with their new child, while ensuring their job is secure.

Who’s Eligible:

If you’ve been with Phenom Elite for at least 3 months as a W2 Employee, you’re eligible for paternity leave, whether you’re a biological father, an adoptive father.

How It Works:

You’re entitled to three weeks of leave, which will be paid as follows:

Giving Us a Heads Up:

We ask that you give at least 4 months' notice before your expected leave date, so we can make any necessary arrangements. Please notify your supervisor and HR as soon as possible.

Your Job Is Safe:

Your job will be waiting for you when you return, with the same pay, and any benefits in your contract. We want you to enjoy your time with your new family without any concerns about your career here at Phenom Elite.

Taking Your Leave:

Paternity leave is typically taken in one continuous block, but we’re flexible. Please discuss this with both your supervisor and HR, and we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.

Need More Time?

If you feel like you need more than three weeks, you can request additional unpaid leave or use any accrued vacation time. We’ll do our best to accommodate these requests based on the company’s needs. Please communicate any concerns as soon as possible and note extensions might not be granted immediately.

When You Come Back:

We’re here to support you as you transition back into your role. We’ll help make the process as smooth as possible at Phenom.
