Phenom Elite is dedicated to ensuring a respectful, efficient, and thorough off-boarding process for employees who are leaving the company. This policy outlines the steps to be taken when an employee resigns or is terminated, ensuring a smooth transition and protecting company interests.

- Protect company interests and confidential information.
- Provide clarity on the termination process and any entitlements.
- Maintain professionalism and respect during the off-boarding process.
Termination of Employment
A. For Cause
Phenom Elite may terminate an employee’s employment for cause for any of the following reasons:
- Conviction of a felony, any act involving moral turpitude, or a misdemeanor where imprisonment is imposed.
- Commission of any act of theft, fraud, dishonesty, or falsification of any employment or company records.
- Improper disclosure of the company’s confidential or proprietary information.
- Any action by the employee which has a detrimental effect on the company’s reputation or business.
- Failure or inability to perform any reasonable assigned duties after written notice from the company and a reasonable opportunity to cure such failure or inability.
- Any breach of this agreement, which breach is not cured within [8] days following written notice of such breach.
- A course of conduct amounting to gross incompetence.
- Chronic and unexcused absenteeism.
- Unlawful appropriation of a corporate opportunity.
