Phenom Elite is proud to support team members through one of life's most meaningful moments. Our maternity leave policy is designed to provide financial security, peace of mind, and protected time to recover and bond with your newborn โ while keeping your career fully intact.

To ensure proper planning and coverage, please provide at least 4 months' notice of your intended leave date. Notify both your supervisor and HR as early as possible. Early communication helps everyone โ including you.

Weeks 1โ8: Full Pay
The first eight weeks of maternity leave are fully paid at your regular salary โ giving you time to recover and focus on your new family without financial stress.

Weeks 9โ10: Half Pay
Two additional weeks at 50% of your regular salary for continued support as you ease into your new routine.

Weeks 11โ12: Unpaid Leave (Optional)
Two additional weeks of unpaid leave are available if needed, giving you extra flexibility in planning your return.

Total: Up to 12 weeks of protected leave.

Your position, compensation, and benefits are fully protected for the entirety of your maternity leave. You will return to the same role with the same pay. We guarantee it.
