Definition of Harassment
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:
- Verbal Harassment: Insults, slurs, offensive jokes, or derogatory comments.
- Physical Harassment: Unwanted touching, physical assault, or intimidating gestures.
- Visual Harassment: Displaying offensive images, cartoons, or emails.
- Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
- Cyber Harassment: Offensive or unwelcome messages, emails, video calls, or social media interactions.
Reporting Harassment
In-Office Employees
- Immediate Reporting: If you experience or witness harassment, report it immediately to your supervisor or HR.
- Confidentiality: We will handle reports confidentially to the extent possible while investigating and addressing the issue.
Remote Employees
- Virtual Reporting: Remote employees should report harassment incidents via email, phone, video call, or through Connecteam.
- Confidentiality: Confidentiality will be maintained to the greatest extent possible for remote reports as well.
