🚫 What Counts as Harassment

Harassment includes — but is not limited to:

• Verbal: Insults, slurs, offensive jokes, or derogatory comments
• Physical: Unwanted touching, physical assault, or intimidating gestures
• Visual: Displaying offensive images, cartoons, or emails
• Sexual: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or conduct of a sexual nature
• Cyber: Offensive or unwelcome messages, emails, video calls, or social media interactions directed at a colleague </aside>

📣 How to Report

In-Office Team Members

Report harassment immediately to your supervisor or HR. All reports will be handled confidentially to the greatest extent possible while the issue is investigated and resolved.

Remote Team Members

Report via email, phone, video call, or through Signal. Confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible for all remote reports.

Do not stay silent. If you experience or witness harassment, report it. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

🔍 Investigation & Response

All harassment reports will be:

• Investigated promptly and thoroughly
• Handled impartially — all parties will have the opportunity to present their perspective
• Resolved with appropriate corrective action, up to and including immediate termination </aside>
