Policy Statement

Phenom Elite strictly prohibits harassment, discrimination, and any behavior that creates a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and third parties associated with our company.

Definition of Harassment

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

Verbal Harassment: Insults, slurs, offensive jokes, or derogatory comments.
Physical Harassment: Unwanted touching, physical assault, or intimidating gestures.
Visual Harassment: Displaying offensive images, cartoons, or emails.
Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
Cyber Harassment: Offensive or unwelcome messages, emails, video calls, or social media interactions.

Reporting Harassment

In-Office Employees

Immediate Reporting: If you experience or witness harassment, report it immediately to your supervisor or HR.
Confidentiality: We will handle reports confidentially to the extent possible while investigating and addressing the issue.

Remote Employees

Virtual Reporting: Remote employees should report harassment incidents via email, phone, video call, or through Connecteam.
Confidentiality: Confidentiality will be maintained to the greatest extent possible for remote reports as well.
