Phenom Elite Attire Guidelines

At Phenom, we want our team to feel comfortable, confident, and like themselves—while still showing up in a way that reflects our brand and culture. We do want to keep things polished and professional, especially when we’re representing the brand or working in shared event spaces setting the tone and standard.

What’s Encouraged

• Phenom gear is always a go-to, and encouraged ;)
• Business casual is totally fine too. Think something you'd feel good wearing if a client popped in.
• Nicer athletic wear is also welcome—clean joggers, fitted hoodies, fresh sneakers, etc.

What to Avoid

• Clothes that are overly worn, stained, or falling apart!
• Graphics or wording that could be inappropriate or unprofessional
• Super casual gym wear like tank tops, short shorts or slides
• Anything overly revealing

A Few Extras

• If you’re headed to an event, meeting, or repping the brand, make sure your style fit reflects that. Go for clean and confident.
• Use good judgment. If you’d second guess it in a different setting—probably best to skip it.
• Always bring your best self, however that looks for you. We're all about showing up with pride in our work and how we represent Phenom.
