Bereavement Leave

• Leave Entitlement: You can take the time you need to grieve and attend to family matters. There is no set limit; we will work with you to determine what’s best for you and your family.
• Paid Leave: Your bereavement leave will be fully paid, as per your set contract, so you can focus on what’s most important.

Process

1. Notification: Please let your supervisor or HR know as soon as you can about your need for leave. This can also come from your emergency contact.
2. Leave Duration: Here at Phenom Elite, we will discuss and agree on the length of your leave based on your personal situation.
3. Support: We are here to offer any additional support you might need and work towards the best solution of your role responsibilities while you are out
